Some of our partner hotels have a special facility where our customers can pay the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel. Management of Am-Travels reserves the right to change the tariff at any time without prior notice. 10% service charge will be charged against reservation at the time of the booking. Luxury tax will be charged where it is applicable. Reservation will remain valid for 12 hours from check in time. Management of Am-Travels shall not be held responsible for any cancellation/delay/loss due to natural calamity and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company. Visitors must carry original Reservation Receipt with them. Without the same the booking at the concerned hotel/guest house will not be entertained.   You can pay for your order through the respective bank's net banking options: State Bank of India ICICI bank Axis Bank But the respective bank will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused or non receipt of the tickets or accommodation bookings. Cancellation and Refund: Tourists, who are seeking for cancellations, the details of refund is as below: 15 days or earlier 90% refund of the booking amount  8 to 14 days 75% refund of the booking amount 4 to 7 days 50% refund of the booking amount  3 days before no refund of the booking amount  Please note that service charges are not refundable and 5 % cancellation charges will be deducted at the time of cancellation. In case of any dispute with any party, the decision of Am- Travels Management will be binding and final.
